1. Acceptance of terms

By using Server Nusa services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Server Nusa provides VPS, dedicated servers, hosting, object storage, GPU cloud, AI APIs, and related cloud services. Specs and pricing for each product are listed on the product pages.

3. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
  • One account may only be owned by one user or entity.

4. User obligations

Users must not use the service for:
  • Illegal activity, including malware distribution and phishing.
  • Sending spam or content that infringes copyright.
  • Activity that damages or overloads our infrastructure.
  • Attacking third-party systems (DDoS, brute-force, mass port scans).

5. Payment

Payment is made in advance for the selected billing period. Services activate automatically after payment is verified.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Server Nusa is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption from using our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fees you paid in the last 1 month.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notification.
